Pixel 11 Pro Drops to $799 in Google’s Early Black Friday Sale. Here’s Which Pixel to Buy

Google's early Black Friday sale cuts the Pixel 11 Pro to $799 and the Pro XL to $949 through Nov. 8. Here's which Pixel 11 deal is worth it.

Google didn’t wait for Thanksgiving. As of Oct. 30, the Google Store has cut every Pixel 11 model by $200 to $350, and Amazon matched the prices almost immediately. The headline number: the Pixel 11 Pro is $799, down from $1,099, which is $100 less than the regular Pixel 11 cost at launch.

These are the deepest cuts the Pixel 11 series has seen so far. Droid Life called them “the largest discounts to date,” and 9to5Google noted that the Pro and Pro XL discounts are $100 bigger than the ones Google ran earlier this fall. The sale runs through Nov. 8 at 11:59 p.m. PT on the Google Store.

Every Pixel 11 deal, by the numbers

The discounts are flat dollar amounts, so they apply to every color and storage tier. Here’s the 256GB pricing that most people will buy:

Model (256GB) Regular price Sale price You save
Pixel 11 $899 $699 $200
Pixel 11 Pro $1,099 $799 $300
Pixel 11 Pro XL $1,299 $949 $350
Pixel 11 Pro Fold $1,899 $1,649 $250

Going bigger on storage doesn’t eat the discount. According to Droid Life, the 512GB Pixel 11 Pro drops from $1,219 to $919 and the 1TB model from $1,449 to $1,149. On the Pro XL, 512GB falls to $1,069 and 1TB to $1,299. That means the jump from 256GB to 512GB is $120 on either Pro model, which is fair, and the leap to 1TB is another $230, which is only worth it if you shoot a lot of 4K video.

The Pixel 11 Pro is the one to buy

At full price, the Pixel 11 Pro was a tough sell next to the base model. At $799, the math flips. You’re paying $100 more than the sale price of the standard Pixel 11 for Google’s Pro-tier hardware, the upgrade that was hard to justify at a $200 gap and is easy to justify at $100.

The Pro XL at $949 is the pick if you want the biggest screen and battery. The $350 cut is the largest in the sale, but it still costs $150 more than the Pro. Unless you specifically want a big phone, the regular Pro is the better deal.

The base Pixel 11 at $699 is still a good phone. In our Pixel 11 review, we called it a great $899 phone held back by Google’s own Tensor chip. At $699 that complaint matters less, but with the Pro only $100 away, it’s hard to recommend the base model unless $699 is a hard ceiling.

The Pixel 11 Pro Fold’s $250 discount is the smallest in percentage terms. $1,649 is still a lot for a phone, and with Samsung’s 2027 foldable lineup already leaking, foldable buyers can afford to wait for Black Friday proper.

Trade-ins can make this absurdly cheap

Google’s instant trade-in credit stacks with the sale. Droid Life found that trading in a Pixel 10 Pro brings a 256GB Pixel 11 Pro down to $199, and trading in a Pixel 10 Pro XL gets you a Pixel 11 Pro XL for $249. Trade-in values depend on condition and change often, so check your own quote before you count on those numbers.

Pixel Watch 5, Pixel 10 and Buds are on sale too

Google is also taking $100 off every Pixel Watch 5, double the $50 discount from its last sale:

  • 41mm Wi-Fi: $299 (was $399)
  • 45mm Wi-Fi: $329 (was $429)
  • 41mm LTE: $399 (was $499)
  • 45mm LTE: $429 (was $529)

One caution on the watch: Google has said it’s working on a fix for a battery drain bug hitting some Pixel Watch owners. Until that fix ships, some owners may see shorter battery life than they expect.

Elsewhere, 9to5Google lists the Pixel 10 at $599 ($200 off, Indigo and Frost colors only), the Pixel 10a at $549 ($50 off) and Pixel Buds Pro 2 at $169 ($60 off). The discounted Pixel 10 is the sneaky value pick here. It’s only $50 more than the Pixel 10a, and it’s a flagship.

Should you buy now or wait for Black Friday?

This is the question everyone asks every November, and the answer is usually “it depends.” This year it’s a little clearer. Google calls this an early sale, and its regular Black Friday promotion could go lower, but there’s no sign of that yet. Android Pure points out that these prices already beat what Amazon charged during its October Prime event, when the Pixel 11, Pro and Pro XL sold for $749, $849 and $999.

My take: if you want a Pixel 11 Pro or Pro XL, buy it now. A $300 cut on this year’s flagship is excellent, and if prices fall further later in November, you’re still covered by the retailer’s return window. If you want the Fold, wait. Its discount is the weakest of the four, and it has the most room left to fall.

Droid Life’s Kellen also had a sarcastic comment about the deals: “So much for those needed price increases because of RAM shortages, eh?” Phone makers spent much of 2026 warning that memory costs would push prices up. Google’s discounts suggest it has more room to cut prices than it admitted.

How to get the deal

  1. Go to the Google Store or Amazon. Best Buy is reportedly matching the prices, but check before you buy.
  2. Choose your model and storage. The discount applies automatically to every color, except the Pixel 10 deal, which only covers Indigo and Frost.
  3. On the Google Store, add a trade-in at checkout if you have an older Pixel or another phone to send back.
  4. Finish your order before Nov. 8 at 11:59 p.m. PT.
