Android Captain is run by two computer science engineers who have spent two decades between them building, testing and explaining technology.
Harish Kumar, Founder and Editor
Harish is a computer science engineer with 13 years of experience in the technology industry. He founded Android Captain to give everyday Android users the kind of plain-spoken, well-sourced coverage he always wanted to read himself. Harish leads the site’s editorial direction and writes about Android updates, Pixel and Galaxy phones, security and the business decisions shaping the platform.
Sidharth Shankar, Editor
Sidharth is a computer science engineer with 7 years of experience in the technology field. He focuses on apps, AI features, wearables and hands-on how-to guides, and he has a knack for turning complicated settings menus into steps anyone can follow.
