Samsung's fourth One UI 9 Watch beta is a cleanup release, a sign the stable Wear OS 7 update is close.
On October 6, Samsung released One UI 9 Watch beta 4 for the Galaxy Watch 8, Watch 8 Classic and original Watch Ultra.
The roughly 226MB build fixes always-on display bugs, a Samsung Health app error and home button shortcuts.
One UI 9 Watch brings cardio load, better sleep vitals, Trackback waypoints and back-button workout controls.
Watch 7 and Watch 6 testers got beta 3 the same day. The Galaxy Watch 5 loses Wear OS updates on December 31, 2026.
Samsung hasn't set a date, but shrinking changelogs suggest it's close. Most owners should skip the beta.
