A new report says Google's next TV Streamer adds built-in mics, presence sensing and more storage.
9to5Google reports Google is developing a next-generation Google TV Streamer. There is no price or launch date yet.
Microphones on the slanted top will listen for Hey Google, so you no longer need the remote to talk to your TV.
Presence sensing wakes the Google Photos screensaver when you walk in, then shows the time and weather as you get closer.
Expect a faster processor, more than today's 32GB of storage, a narrower body and two extra shortcut buttons on the remote.
Today's model costs $149.99 after a $50 hike in August. If your setup works, hold off until Google makes this official.
