Google's first QPR3 beta brings new icons, a Notes tile and about 20 Pixel bug fixes.
Google began pushing Android 17 QPR3 Beta 1 to Pixel phones on Oct. 2. The stable update is scheduled for March 2027.
The beta covers the Pixel 6a up to all four Pixel 11 models. The Pixel 6 and 6 Pro are not on the list.
Pixel 11 owners get a Notes Quick Settings tile, and the VPN, Bluetooth and Airplane Mode status bar icons were refreshed.
Fixes cover fingerprint freezes, Face Unlock crashes, NFC failures, eSIM problems, Wi-Fi reconnects and Flip to Shh battery drain.
Skip it on the phone you rely on daily. If you are already in the beta and fighting fingerprint or Wi-Fi bugs, update now.
